Tunney Lee (rear center), associate professor of urban design, [in the Urban Studio, guiding] architecture and planning students in a study in 1975 of the Dudley Station area in Boston, which was on the verge of extensive change through the removal of elevated tracks and relocation of the station. Here the group lunches with three high school students (in the foreground) from the black community to get their ideas on how the neighborhood should be developed for the good of all.
