Crispin C. Hall, 1926
Crispin Clement Hall '26, SM '28, of Bridgetown, Barbados, earned his Bachelors (1926) and Masters (1928) degrees from MIT, both in Civil & Environmental Engineering (Course I).
By the time he retired, after a 43-year career working for the State of New York, Hall was the supervisor of two Design Squads for the New York State Department of Transportation, "the highest position ever held by a Black Man in the history of the Department," according to The SPHINX (Summer 1971).
