Every year since 2005, New York City's Pantonic Steel Orchestra travels from Brooklyn to the MIT campus in Cambridge, MA as guests of the MIT Caribbean Club to perform for prospective students during Campus Preview Weekend. The steel-band performance has become one of the signature events on campus marking the beginning of spring and, for some MIT students, a unique tradition in the MIT experience.
